Summary: When you buy a digital product on Poketmart, you receive a license to use it — not ownership of the copyright. The specific rights depend on the license type.

1. License Types

Poketmart supports the following standard license types:

Personal License

For individuals

  • Personal, non-commercial projects
  • Portfolio or showcase work
  • Learning and education

✗ Not Allowed

  • Commercial or client work
  • Reselling or redistributing
  • Sub-licensing to others

Commercial License

For businesses & freelancers

✓ Allowed

  • Commercial and client projects
  • Products for sale (end products)
  • Business use
  • Unlimited projects

✗ Not Allowed

  • Reselling the product as-is
  • Including in a template marketplace
  • Removing attribution (if required)

Extended License

Broadest rights

✓ Allowed

  • All commercial uses
  • Reselling in end products
  • SaaS products
  • Unlimited end users

✗ Not Allowed

  • Reselling the product as a standalone file
  • Claiming original authorship

2. Copyright Ownership

Purchasing a product on Poketmart grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the copyright. The seller (creator) retains all copyright and intellectual property rights. You may not claim ownership or authorship of any product purchased on Poketmart.

3. License Enforcement

Poketmart takes intellectual property violations seriously. Using a product beyond its license terms may result in account suspension and legal action by the seller. If you are unsure whether your use case is covered, contact the seller directly.

4. Seller License Responsibilities

Sellers must clearly specify the license type for each product. Products without a specified license default to Personal License. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to distribute all included assets (fonts, images, libraries, etc.) under the license offered.
